Ergo's Board of Advisors are esteemed individuals from across the globe who are leaders in the fields of business, government, diplomacy, and academia. Members of the Board of Advisors offer Ergo strategic guidance and expert counsel to help us provide the most valuable services to our clients.

Rafael Bardaji is Senior Advisor for international security to former Spanish president Jose Maria Aznar. He served in Spain's government as National Security Advisor from 1996-04. Mr. Bardaji is the Director of Foreign Policy at FAES, a think tank in Madrid.

Richard A. Clarke served the last three U.S. presidents as a senior White House Advisor. Over the course of 11 years of White House service, he held the titles of Special Assistant to the President for Global Affairs; National Coordinator for Security and Counterterrorism; and Special Advisor to the President for Cyber Security. He is presently a Partner in Good Harbor Consulting.

Admiral Sir Ian Forbes KCB CBE retired from the Royal Navy in 2004. He commanded four warships: Kingfisher, Diomede, Chatham, and Invincible, and was engaged in conflict and crisis operations off Iceland, the Falklands, in the Gulf and in the Adriatic. He previously served as the NATO Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic, and acted as NATO Supreme Allied Commander.

Jonathan Glick is CEO of Sulia, a real-time media company. He was most recently the Director of Research Operations at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), the world's leading primary research platform, where he was responsible for strategic oversight of GLG product offerings and research services. Mr. Glick was previously CEO of OuterForce, a software platform provider for the management and compensation of expert networks, and Head of Product Development and Technology for the New York Times Electronic Media Company.

Neal Goldman was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Capital IQ until its sale to the Standard & Poor's division of McGraw-Hill in 2004. He is currently the Managing Director for Uhuru Capital Management LLC (formerly Goode Holdings LLC), an investment firm focused on information service and middle market consumer businesses. Mr. Goldman was previously an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. He is a term member at the Council on Foreign Relations and in 2007 was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Parag Khanna is the Director of the Global Governance Initiative and Senior Research Fellow in the American Strategy Program at the New America Foundation. During 2007 he was a senior geopolitical advisor to United States Special Operations Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. His previous experience includes scenario and risk planning in emerging markets for Forum of Geneva member companies. Mr. Khanna served in the foreign policy advisory group to the Barack Obama presidential campaign.

Todd Morley is Founder, Chairman and CEO of G2 Investment Group. G2 provides investment management, advisory and other financial services to leading families and institutional investors around the world. Prior to founding G2, he co-founded Guggenheim Partners, on whose Executive Committee he continues to serve. Guggenheim is a private investment firm that manages more than $100 billion of assets. In 1997, Mr. Morley founded Mortgages PLC, a London-based lender. In 1996, he founded Links Holdings, owner and operator of Links Securities. He has spent more than 20 years on Wall Street and was a Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and a VP at Lehman Brothers.

Brian O'Neill is Vice Chairman of Lazard International. He was the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Western Hemisphere Affairs at the U.S. Department of the Treasury until January 2009. He was previously the Chairman of Investment Banking for Canada and Latin America at JP Morgan Chase. He is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Erste Bank in Vienna, a director of the Council of the Americas, and a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Jim Reese is the CEO of TigerSwan which provides risk mitigation and crisis management expertise to governments and the private sector. He is a retired Delta Force officer and has extensive experience in key military command and staff leadership roles around the world. Mr. Reese served as an advisor to the Director of Central Intelligence.
